Check-In Requirements

Property Use
Guests agree:
- Not to host parties or illegal activities
- Not to exceed maximum occupancy limits
- To respect neighbours and community rules
- Not to smoke inside non-smoking properties
- Not to sublease or transfer reservations
Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay. VibeRent shall not be liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Injuries caused by guest negligence
- Internet or utility interruptions
- Events beyond reasonable control
Security Cameras
Some properties or buildings may have exterior security cameras installed in public or common areas for safety and security purposes. No cameras monitor private indoor spaces.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
